- HD-8760 meets specifications contained in FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.1 and so may be used as an article or a component of articles intended for use in contact with food, subject to any limitations in the regulations.
- HD-8760 has Health Canada (HPB) No Objection status (maximum use temperature 120ºF).
- HD-8760 has UL 94HB rating, provided part thickness is greater than 58 mil. Refer to file E117534(N) in any communication with UL.
- HD-8760 is listed with NSF as meeting the requirements of NSF 51.
